All bookings made through Jelajah Golf Tour are subject to the following cancellation and refund. By confirming a booking, clients agree to comply with this policy.

Non-Refundable Components
The following services are non-refundable once confirmed:
- Tee time at certain golf courses (depending on policy)
- Yacht charter / helicopter services
- Special event setup (tournament, branding, gala dinner)
- Peak season bookings (Nyepi, Christmas, New Year, High Season July–August)
Refund Process
- Refund will be processed within 7 – 14 working days
- Refund will be made via original payment method
- Bank charges / payment gateway fees are non-refundable
Force Majeure
No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Flight cancellations
- Pandemic-related restrictions
However, Jelajah Golf Tour will:
- Assist rescheduling
- Provide credit voucher (case by case)
Amendment Policy (Date Change)
- 1x free amendment allowed (minimum 14 days before arrival)
- Subject to availability
- Price adjustment may apply
No Show Policy
No show = 100% charge (no refund)
Early Departure
No refund for unused services once the trip has started

Jelajah Golf Tour operates with curated luxury partners. Each booking involves pre-arranged tee
times, premium services, and limited availability, therefore cancellation policies are strictly applied to
maintain service quality and partner commitments.
